Strategic alliance between Orkli and Sareteknika to optimise after-sales services

Orkli is pleased to announce the signing of a collaboration agreement with SARETEKNIKA, a renowned product maintenance and repair services company, for the after-sales management of the Orkli Comfort and Health business product catalogue.

The main objective of this agreement is to make after-sales management a priority for the organisation, improving and optimising it, in order to provide our customers with an exceptional experience and continuous support. After more than a year working in a highly satisfactory way in Orkli's Technical Office in the implementation of cooling underfloor heating projects, this agreement represents a strategic collaboration and Sareteknika's experience and professionalism make it an ideal partner to further improve our ability to provide high quality after-sales support.

This collaboration begins with the after-sales management of the PKOM4 equipment and the area of controlled mechanical ventilation with heat recovery, two strategic families of Orkli's Energy Efficiency, Comfort and Health Ecosystem in the home. To this end, a series of service charters have been defined that will serve as a reference for customers to know the details and scope of the service.

In this area of action with which the collaboration begins, in order to ensure an efficient system that complies with the regulations, the new office will carry out, free of charge, the calculation, design and sizing projects of the controlled mechanical ventilation system, offering an integral and personalised solution that ensures a healthy and comfortable indoor environment. Orkli also provides the installer with on-site advice and support services for the installer, commissioning and maintenance services for the equipment, as well as a 3-year guarantee on product non-conformities and technical assistance derived from these situations, counting from the date of delivery of the equipment.
