During REBUILD 2023, Orkli presents its Interconnected Ecosystem of  Energy Efficiency, Comfort and Health Solutions for residential.

The novelty in this edition of Rebuild is ZSaindari, the "brain" of the Ecosystem, as it is in charge of managing all the elements of it, adding to the parameters to be taken into account for an intelligent management of the HVAC system, the management of the Indoor Air Quality.

ZSaindari is a high performance HVAC real time monitoring system, which also connects to the rest of the Ecosystem managing it in an intelligent way, focusing on the user's health. It is essentially an intelligent Home Energy Efficiency and Health assistant that Orkli will prescribe whenever a VMC solution or Pkom4, the equipment with 4 functions in one (heating, ventilation, cooling and DHW) for Passivhaus houses, is involved in its contributions.

ZSaindari accurately measures, among others, the following CAI values: Indoor temperature and relative humidity, CO, CO2, VOCs, radon, PM 10 and 2.5.

Another new Orkli solution is the iDomus advanced regulation family, which in addition to providing zoned climate control in the home, is key to the operation and interaction of all the solutions that make up the Ecosystem, as through it, ZSaindari can manage the solutions governed by iDomus: HVAC, underfloor heating and cooling, air-conditioning system, time schedules by zone, home automation.....

IDomus is the perfect complement to Orkli's value proposition, the element that closes the circle. It is based on several key factors:

• Connection to thermostats and climate modules, with two wires without polarity.
• Climate and ventilation control is integrated.
