Osalan has awarded the good practices in the prevention of musculoskeletal disorders in the workplace, focused from diversity. This project, which began in 2020, was based on a stereotype of an average male of about 20 years of age, 75 kg and 1.70 m, i.e. a single parameter.

The Orkli prevention team, being aware that the ergonomic risk assessments did not take into account all the diversity existing in the company (gender, age, height, weight...) proposed to Osarten, our joint protection service, a project to re-evaluate all the positions at ergonomic level, taking into account the relevant characteristics in terms of gender, age, weight, height, physical complexion, etc., which were not taken into account with the traditional scales.

After the development of the project, ergonomic improvements have been proposed to prevent musculoskeletal injuries in the workplace.

The jury valued very positively the good integration in the management of the company with the participation of the collective and the management.
